Have you ever wanted to try a sport, but weren't sure if you'd like it? We've got just the event for you - the Washburn Games. No competition, just a fun way to try a bunch of different sports. Cool? Way.And, you know what, you'll be helping other kids. Maybe you've known some kids at school that have been disruptive, misbehave, or just act a little different. You know, a lot of the time, it's not really their fault. They just need a little special attention. That's where the Washburn Games and Washburn Center for Children - and you - come in.
The great part is that you get to participate in all of the activities you want, as much as you want. That includes football, basketball, baseball, soccer, cricket and a lot more. And the even better part is that if you get your friends, neighbors, and family to sponsor your participation, you don't pay anything. Your goal is to raise $100 for Washburn Center for Children. If you reach this goal, you'll be eligible to win a $1,000 educational grant - and other fun prizes! If you don't reach this goal, you'll need to pay a $10 registration fee. And, you even get a t-shirt.
Registration limited to first 500 children to sign up.
